We may collect Your PII or device information, including Your device’s location, when You use the General Events Sites. your data will be shared with each country general consulate of each conference you attend to.

How long we retain your data

If We retain PII for as long as You have a Submitted a form with Us or as long as needed to provide You services on the General events Sites. If You request that We delete or restrict certain PII about You controlled by Us, We will comply with your request, but We may retain and use the PII for a period of time. For example, We may use the records to follow-up on a request, resolve a dispute or as needed to comply with applicable law. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
